QTags loyalty via texts

Red Robin restaurants in Texas have linked up with qtags to help develop a customer loyalty programme. Diners text the restaurant using a special number and get a reply welcoming them as a VIP, together with instructions for redeeming a money off voucher for their next visit. Members also receive future updates and news via the service.
